RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The full fee amount for the respective academic year must be paid in advance before the start of the session or at the time of admission.

Admission is confirmed only after payment of full fees.

2. Refund policy:

(a) Fees once paid will NOT BE REFUNDED under

      any circumtances.                           

(b) Fees are non-transferable, non-adjustable to any           

      Other Batch, Courses, Subject & Name of other              

      Student.

3. GC reserves it’s rights to expel any student from the institute who will be found not maintaining discipline or is indecent or improper in his behavior. The decision given by Institute Incharge of GC in this regard will be final and binding on the student and parents/ guardians. No fees or part the fee will be refundable in such cases.
4. The students are advised to park their vehicles at their own risk, strictly observing RTO Rules & Regulations. The students are also advised to lock their vehicles properly. GC holds no responsibility for any theft, loss or damage of the vehicles.
5. Continuous absentees without prior intimation and permission may lead to cancellation of admission. No fees or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
6. Use of mobile phone /I-pod/Tablet in GC premises is strictly prohibited. In case, if student carries mobile phone in the class or test, them it should be switched off.
7. Any student found to cause damage to institute property will have to pay for the damage.
8. Students will not be allowed in the class without institute T-shirt. It is mandatory for all students to wear institute T-shirt daily.
9. GC is not responsible for any loss of belongings (such as pouches, books, mobiles other valuables) of the student.
10. In case any study material /books distributed to the students by the class is misplaced by him/ her, please note that such material/ book will not be provided second time.
11. The student should also submit three extra passport size colour photographs with the admission form. GC reserves the right to use the single/ group photographs and name of the student for publicity in all kinds of media, if the student secures position/rank or succeeds in any Foundations / Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams / Competitive Exams in India or any test at  international level. In addition to the photograph, GC also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonial of the student & parent for the purpose of referencing or promotion, as required by the  institute at any stage during and/ or after the completion of the course for the purpose of publicity in all kinds of media.
12. It is responsibility of the parents to submit the fee of their ward in time as per the installment dates given by the Admission Incharge. They should not expect reminders & calls from the Institute. They themselves should be concerned equally to pay the fees as attending the class by their ward.
13. Once the name of a student is stuck-off due to non-payment of fee by the end of the month of installment date, the student shall have to pay Rs. 500/- for re-admission.
14. The parents can meet the Institute Incharge for any enquiry about their wards progress or any other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment only.
15. If any cheque is bounced for whatsoever reason, a fine of Rs. 200 & a late fee of Rs. 50/-per day will be charged separately.

15.If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of GC because of situations beyond control or any natural calamity of any type such as earth quake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

16. In case if any parents/ guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the Institute, his/her ward can be rusticated from the Institute & no claim or refund of fees of such student will be entertained. The decision of the Managing Director /Director will be final and binding on the student and parents /guardian.

17.GC can send e-Mail, SMS or Whatsapp message to the students for providing batch, schedule & other academic related information.

18. GC shall not be responsible or held liable for any additional outside matter/ event/ accident or criminal act of the student out of the premises.

19.If the bag/ T-shirt provided to the student is lost/misplaced, a new bag/ T-shirt can be obtained from the Institute against the payment of Rs-350/- for a new bag and Rs-500/- for a new T-shirt.

20. GC reserves its right to make any alteration in its program/ venue/ timing and days of classes without any prior intimation to anybody. The decision of the Managing Director/ Director will be final and binding on the students & parents/ guardians.

Consent to terms and conditions by the parents –

By consenting their children for admission & paying the fees, the parents explicitly agree that they have gone through the terms & conditions relating to admission to the Institute  (copy of which can also be accessed at the Institute’s  website at http://www.gaikwadclasses.in terms – conditions) and agree to abide by it and are bound by it. Any deficiency in the admission process will not be taken as an excuse for not abiding to the terms and conditions relating to admission/ payment of fees/refund/usage of student name by institute etc.
